Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Titan Orbyt Technologies LLC (Dubai mainland, United Arab Emirates), which runs Astro21. By using Astro21 you accept them. The Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Disclaimer are part of these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use Astro21.

Astro21 is a Vedic astrology app. It offers:

• a free Kundli (birth chart) with divisional charts and dashas, Hora, Panchang, the Muhurat finder and the Kundli Milan score;
• an AI astrologer whose answers are checked against your calculated chart, and daily, weekly and monthly horoscopes;
• the Complete Kundli Report, sold separately;
• live consultations with astrologers by chat or call;
• a shop for gemstones and pooja items.

Charts are calculated from the birth date, time and place you give, so results are only as accurate as those details. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or pay. The free calculators on our public pages can be used without an account.
• You must be able to make a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
• Give true details, and enter other people’s details only with their permission or as their parent or lawful guardian (see the Privacy Policy).

You sign in with your mobile number or email address. Each time, we send a one-time code to it; there is no password. Because the code goes to your phone or inbox, keep them secure and never share a code with anyone, including anyone who says they work for Astro21.

You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once at [To be confirmed: customer care email address] if you think someone else has used it. We may limit how often codes can be requested, to prevent abuse.

The plans

• Free, ₹0: Kundli and charts, Hora, Panchang, the Muhurat finder, the Kundli Milan score, and 1 AI question a day with a short answer.
• Member 21, ₹21 for 3 years (36 months): the free Kundli tools, plus full, detailed AI answers, a written explanation of your Kundli, and question packs. Member 21 has no daily question allowance: you ask with questions from packs.
• Premium, ₹299 for one month: everything in Member 21, plus 10 AI questions a day and access to live consultations with astrologers. Each consultation is paid for separately (section 8).

Daily question allowances reset at midnight India time (IST). Unused daily questions do not carry over. Some features are available only on certain plans, as shown in the app.

Paying

Prices are in Indian rupees and are paid in advance, online, through our payment processor. [To be confirmed: whether plan and report prices include GST or other taxes] The price is the one shown at checkout; our server sets it, and you pay nothing more for the plan.

No automatic renewal

Plans do not renew by themselves and we never charge you automatically. Premium runs for one month from the moment you pay, ending the day before the same date next month (for example, paid on 29 October, it runs until 28 November). Member 21 runs for 3 years in the same way. To continue, pay again.

• If you pay for the same plan while it is still active, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
• If you buy a different plan while one is active, the new plan starts at once and replaces the old one. Time left on the old plan is not carried over.
• When a plan ends you move to Free. Your chart, history, reports and purchased questions stay.

We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Question packs: 1 for ₹99, 5 for ₹259, 10 for ₹789. They can be bought on any plan.

• Each answer from the AI astrologer, and each written Kundli Milan explanation, uses one question. An explanation you have already received is shown again without using another.
• Your daily allowance is used first, then questions from packs.
• Questions from packs do not expire while your account is open. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as the Refund Policy allows.
• If the AI cannot answer, the question is given back to you automatically.
• The first reading after you join and your horoscopes do not use questions, but have fair-use daily limits.

The Complete Kundli Report (English + Hindi) costs ₹13,899, as one payment, separate from every plan; no plan includes it. It is a report of more than 30 pages with English and Hindi in one PDF.

• It is made for the person whose name and birth date, time and place you enter at checkout. Those details are fixed when you pay; later changes to your profile do not change the report. Please check them carefully.
• It is prepared automatically after payment and released at 10:00 am India time (IST) on the next working day after the date of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday. So a payment on Monday is released on Tuesday at 10:00 am, and a payment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday on Monday at 10:00 am. The exact time is shown before you pay.
• When it is released you can download it from My reports in the app at any time. We also send it by email and on WhatsApp, to the email address and WhatsApp number you give at checkout or, if you give none, to the email or phone number you sign in with. The link in the email or WhatsApp message works for 7 days; after that, download it from the app.
• The charts, positions and tables are calculated from the birth details. Some sections contain a personal reading written with AI and checked against the chart. If those readings cannot be produced, the report is delivered with the calculated sections, and the Refund Policy applies.
• The report is for personal use. Please do not resell it or publish it as your own work.

• Live consultations need an active Premium plan. Each one is a 10-minute session, paid in advance at the astrologer’s rate per minute shown in the app (the rate × 10 minutes).
• The session starts when your payment succeeds and ends 10 minutes later. You can chat, or start a voice or video call, with the astrologer during that time.
• Astrologers are independent practitioners, not employees of Titan Orbyt Technologies LLC. Their views and advice are their own. See the Disclaimer.
• Dakshina is an optional, voluntary offering to the astrologer during a consultation (₹11 to ₹50,000). It does not buy any extra service.
• Astrologers must not promise outcomes, frighten you into buying remedies, or ask you to pay outside Astro21. Please tell us if that happens.
• Consultations are not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112 in India or 999 in the UAE.

• The shop sells gemstones, rudraksha, yantras and pooja items. The seller is [To be confirmed: seller of record for shop items].

• We deliver only to addresses in India with a 6-digit PIN code. Dispatch and delivery times are in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
• Natural stones, beads and handmade items vary in colour, size, weight and markings. Photos show the type of item, not the exact piece. [To be confirmed: whether gemstones come with a laboratory certificate]
• Items are sold for their traditional and devotional use. We make no promise that any item will bring health, wealth or any other result (see the Disclaimer).
• Returns, damaged items and cancellations are covered in the Refund Policy.

When you can cancel and get money back, for every plan and product, is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away refund rights you have under consumer protection law.

Please use Astro21 lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

• harass, threaten or abuse astrologers, other users or our staff;
• enter someone else’s details without their permission, or pretend to be someone else;
• try to get around payments, plan limits or question counts, or use more than one account to do so;
• try to break, probe or overload our systems, or copy data from Astro21 with automated tools;
• try to make the AI produce harmful, hateful or illegal content, or use it to deceive others;
• resell Astro21’s readings, reports or consultations, or present them as your own professional work;
• use Astro21 for anything illegal.

We may remove content, limit features or suspend an account that breaks these rules (section 17).

• Astrology is guidance from tradition. It does not predict the future with certainty, and nothing on Astro21 promises an outcome.
• Nothing on Astro21 is medical, legal, financial, investment or psychological advice. For those decisions, please speak to a qualified professional.
• AI answers can be wrong. Our checker compares the AI’s statements with your calculated chart and removes sentences that contradict it; this reduces errors but does not remove them all.
• Gemstones, mantras and other remedies are traditional practices, not treatments.

The Astro21 name, app, software, design, text, charts and report layouts belong to Titan Orbyt Technologies LLC or the people who licensed them to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Astro21, and to download and print your own readings and reports for your personal use.

What you write (your questions, messages and details) stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide Astro21 to you, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Astro21.

Some steps use services run by other companies: the payment window, your browser’s location and speech features, email and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply to those steps. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.

We work to keep Astro21 available and correct, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance. If we stop a paid feature during a period you have paid for, we will give you a fair remedy, such as a pro-rata refund.

• You decide what to do with any reading, report or consultation. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on astrology.
• We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Astro21 at any time, and ask us to delete your account (see Delete your account).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or must be closed by law. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and explain why. If we close your account when you have done nothing wrong, we will refund the unused part of any paid plan.

Before going further, please contact our Grievance Officer: most problems can be solved quickly (see Grievance and contact). If you are a consumer in India, you keep the right to approach the National Consumer Helpline and the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Changes never reduce what you have already paid for. If you keep using Astro21 after a change, the new terms apply.
