In short
Astrology is guidance from tradition. It does not promise outcomes, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
AI answers are checked against your chart, which reduces mistakes but does not remove them all. Gemstones and remedies are traditional practices, not treatments.
1. Astrology is guidance, not certainty
Astro21 calculates planet positions, houses, dashas and other factors from the birth date, time and place you give. The calculations follow set methods; where traditions differ, the method used is named. What those factors mean is interpretation, drawn from the tradition of Jyotish.
- Astrology does not predict the future with certainty. Nothing on Astro21 promises or guarantees any outcome.
- Results depend on accurate birth details. A birth time that is off by a few minutes can change the chart.
- Please weigh what you read with your own judgement, and do not make important decisions on astrology alone.
2. Not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice
Nothing on Astro21, from the AI, a report or an astrologer, is medical, legal, financial, investment, tax or psychological advice. Do not stop or change any treatment, take a legal step, or make an investment because of a reading. For those decisions, speak to a qualified professional.
Our AI is instructed not to predict death, serious illness, accidents or guaranteed financial results. If anything you read on Astro21 worries you, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.
3. AI answers can be wrong
The AI astrologer, horoscopes, written explanations and the personal readings in reports are written by AI models from your calculated chart.
- Before you see an answer, our checker compares what it says about planets, signs, houses, nakshatras, dashas and dates with your calculated chart, and removes sentences that contradict it. This reduces errors; it does not remove them all.
- The checker tests chart facts. It cannot judge the interpretation, advice or general statements in an answer, which can still be wrong or unsuitable for you.
- An answer may mention remedies or shop items. These are suggestions from tradition, never instructions, and you never need to buy anything.
4. Gemstones, remedies and shop items
Gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, mantras, pooja items and other remedies are part of traditional and devotional practice. Product descriptions tell you what tradition associates with an item; they are not claims of effect.
- No item or remedy on Astro21 is a treatment for any illness or condition, or a substitute for medical care.
- We make no promise that any item will bring health, wealth, success, a marriage or any other result.
- Natural stones and handmade items vary in colour, size, weight and markings. [To be confirmed: whether gemstones come with a laboratory certificate]
- If you have allergies or sensitive skin, check the materials before wearing an item.
5. Astrologers on Astro21
Astrologers who consult on Astro21 are independent practitioners, not employees of Titan Orbyt Technologies LLC. [To be confirmed: how astrologers are checked before they are listed]
- Each astrologer’s views and advice are their own. We do not guarantee that what an astrologer says is accurate or right for you.
- Astrologers must not promise outcomes, frighten you into buying remedies, or ask you to pay outside Astro21.
- If an astrologer behaves badly, tell us at [To be confirmed: customer care email address] or through the Grievance page.
6. Kundli Milan
The Kundli Milan score follows the traditional Ashtakoota method and its classical exceptions. It is a traditional guide to compatibility, not a prediction of how a marriage will go. Please do not decide on a marriage, or against one, because of a score alone.
7. Mistakes
We check our calculations carefully, but no software is free of mistakes. If you think a chart, a date or a reading is wrong, please tell us at [To be confirmed: customer care email address]. Our responsibility is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
