In short
We keep your account data while your account is open and delete it when you ask. Logs are kept for set periods, and payment records for as long as tax law requires.

2. Where it is stored
Account data, chat history, orders and report files are kept with our cloud database provider in [To be confirmed: country and city of the cloud database servers]. Our servers, which process requests but do not store your account data, run in [To be confirmed: country and city where the app’s servers run].
Some data also passes through other service providers to do their job: the payment processor, AI model providers, and the email and WhatsApp delivery services. They keep it under their own terms; the payment processor keeps payment records as financial law requires. 3. How deletion works
- We delete the data from the live database and file storage. It cannot be recovered from there.
- Copies in backups are not edited; they disappear when those backups expire ([To be confirmed: how long database backups are kept]).
- Where a record must be kept by law, we keep only the parts the law needs and remove the rest.
- We finish a confirmed deletion request within 30 days.
4. Records we must keep
Even after you delete your account we keep, for the periods above:
- payment, invoice and order records, for tax and accounting law in India and the UAE;
- security and sign-in logs, for at least 12 months, as Indian data protection rules require;
- anything needed for an open complaint, refund, payment dispute, fraud check or legal claim, until it is settled;
- anything a court or authority lawfully orders us to keep.
